Partner Obligations

• 3.1. Partner guarantees that all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, inspection) are valid.
• 3.2. Partner is obliged to ensure that the vehicle's comprehensive insurance is active.
• 3.3. Partner is obliged to have the vehicle regularly maintained.
• 3.4. Partner must deliver the vehicle clean and ready to use.
• 3.5. Partner guarantees that there are no liens or pledges on the vehicle.

Platform Rights and Obligations

• 4.1. Platform rents the vehicle to customers and manages reservation processes.
• 4.2. Platform performs license and identity checks on renters.
• 4.3. Platform processes payments and makes revenue sharing.
• 4.4. Platform organizes vehicle delivery and return processes.
• 4.5. Platform provides 24/7 customer support.

Revenue Sharing

• 5.1. 70% of rental revenue belongs to the partner, 30% to the platform.
• 5.2. Payments are transferred to the partner's account on the 15th of each month.
• 5.3. Minimum payment amount is 100 TL. Amounts below are carried forward to the next month.
• 5.4. Extra service revenues are shared 50-50.

Insurance and Damage

• 6.1. Partner is obliged to provide comprehensive insurance for the vehicle.
• 6.2. Insurance covers damages resulting from traffic accidents.
• 6.3. Damages outside insurance coverage are collected from the renter.
• 6.4. Uncollectable damages are covered by the platform.

Maintenance and Repair

• 7.1. Regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) is done by the partner.
• 7.2. Malfunctions occurring during rental are fixed by the platform.
• 7.3. Tire changes are done by the platform and the cost is deducted from revenue.

Contract Duration and Termination

• 8.1. Contract duration is 1 year and is automatically renewed.
• 8.2. Parties can terminate the contract by notifying 30 days in advance.
• 8.3. In case of termination, ongoing reservations are completed.
• 8.4. Unpaid amounts are settled between parties.

Confidentiality

Parties commit not to share trade secrets learned within the scope of the contract with third parties.

Dispute Resolution

Turkish Republic courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

Effective Date

This agreement comes into effect on the date it is signed by the parties.
