Car Rental Agreement

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been concluded between Türkei Mietwagen (hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR") on one side and the renter (hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE") on the other side, under the terms specified below.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the rental of the vehicle owned by the LESSOR by the LESSEE for a certain period and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this rental transaction.

3. RENTAL PERIOD AND FEE

3.1. The vehicle rental period is between the dates specified in the reservation form.

3.2. The rental fee is calculated by multiplying the daily rental rate by the rental period.

3.3. VAT is included in the rental fee.

3.4. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

4. DELIVERY AND RETURN

4.1. The vehicle will be delivered at the date, time, and location specified in the reservation form.

4.2. Vehicle return must be made at the date, time, and location specified in the reservation form.

4.3. In case of late return, 1/24 of the daily rate will be charged for each extra hour.

4.4. The vehicle must be returned in the same cleanliness and fuel condition as received.

5. INSURANCE

5.1. All our vehicles are rented with mandatory traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance.

5.2. In case of accident, the damage amount is limited to the comprehensive insurance deductible.

5.3. Mini damage insurance provides additional protection for minor damages.

6. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The LESSEE is obliged to use the vehicle carefully and comply with traffic rules.

6.2. The LESSEE cannot transfer the vehicle to third parties.

6.3. The LESSEE cannot use the vehicle for racing, test driving, or training purposes.

6.4. The LESSEE cannot drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6.5. The LESSEE is obliged to immediately inform the LESSOR in case of accident.

7. PROHIBITIONS

7.1. Taking the vehicle abroad is prohibited (unless special permission is granted).

7.2. Using the vehicle for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7.3. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.

7.4. Transporting pets in the vehicle is prohibited (unless special permission is granted).

8. DAMAGE AND ACCIDENT

8.1. In case of accident, the LESSEE is obliged to immediately notify the police and the LESSOR.

8.2. Accident report and related documents must be delivered to the LESSOR.

8.3. Damages caused by the LESSEE's fault will be covered by the LESSEE.

9. FUEL POLICY

9.1. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank.

9.2. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank.

9.3. In case of insufficient fuel, fuel cost + service fee will be charged.

10. MILEAGE LIMIT

10.1. Daily mileage limit is determined according to vehicle category.

10.2. In case of exceeding the limit, a fee per extra kilometer will be charged.

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

11.1. Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date.

11.2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 1-day fee will be charged.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

12.1. Personal data belonging to the LESSEE is protected under GDPR.

12.2. Data is used only for the rental transaction and is not shared with third parties.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

13.2. Turkish Law applies.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement becomes effective on the date it is signed by the parties.
