Parties

Contract Between Türkei Mietwagen (Rental Party) and Renter (Renter Party).

Contract Subject

This agreement regulates the renter's rental of the vehicle between specified dates and usage conditions.

Rental Duration and Price

3.1. Rental duration is between the dates specified in the reservation form.
3.2. Rental fee is calculated as daily price x number of days + extra services.
3.3. Payment is made online during reservation.
3.4. In case of late return, 150% of the daily fee is collected as additional fee.

Renter Obligations

4.1. Renter must return the vehicle in the same cleanliness and fuel condition as received.
4.2. Only the renter or additional drivers can use the vehicle.
4.3. Renter is obliged to comply with traffic rules.
4.4. Renter cannot transfer the vehicle to someone else or sublease it.
4.5. Vehicle cannot be used for racing, test driving or commercial purposes.
4.6. Vehicle cannot be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4.7. In case of accident or damage, it must be reported to the platform immediately.

Rental Company Obligations

5.1. Vehicle is delivered clean, with full fuel tank and ready to use.
5.2. All vehicles are covered with comprehensive and traffic insurance.
5.3. 24/7 roadside assistance is provided.

Insurance and Damage

6.1. All vehicles are insured with comprehensive and traffic insurance.
6.2. In accidents where the renter is at fault, damage cost is collected from the renter.
6.3. Minor damages (scratches, paint) are covered by the renter.
6.4. Tire, rim and glass damages are not covered by insurance.

7

Fuel Policy

7.1. Vehicle is delivered with full tank.
7.2. Vehicle must be returned with full tank.
7.3. For missing fuel, market price per liter + 20% service fee is collected.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

8.1. Can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before reservation date.
8.2. In case of cancellation within 48 hours, 50% refund is made.
8.3. No refund is made in case of cancellation on reservation date.

Dispute Resolution

Turkish Republic courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

Effective Date

This agreement comes into effect when the reservation is made and ends at the end of the rental period.
