Parties

Contract Between Türkei Mietwagen (Platform Party) and Member (Member Party).

Contract Subject

This agreement regulates the member's use of car rental services through the platform and usage conditions.

Membership Conditions

3.1. Member must be 18 years old.
3.2. Member is obliged to provide correct information during registration.
3.3. Member is responsible for password security.
3.4. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately when detected.

4

Member Rights and Obligations

4.1. Member can benefit from platform services.
4.2. Correct information must be provided when making a reservation.
4.3. Rental agreement terms must be complied with.
4.4. Payment obligations must be fulfilled on time.
4.5. Platform cannot be used for illegal purposes.

Platform Rights and Obligations

5.1. Platform makes efforts to provide uninterrupted service.
5.2. Platform is obliged to protect member data.
5.3. Platform can change service terms.
5.4. Platform can terminate membership in case of contract violation.

Personal Data Protection

6.1. Platform acts in compliance with GDPR.
6.2. Member data is used only for service provision.
6.3. Member data is not shared with third parties.
6.4. Member can request deletion of data.

7

Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Platform content belongs to the platform.
7.2. Platform content cannot be copied without permission.
7.3. Platform logo is registered.

8

Liability Limitations

8.1. Platform is not responsible for damages caused by third parties.
8.2. Platform is not responsible for technical failures.
8.3. Platform is not responsible for disputes between members.

9

Membership Termination

9.1. Member can terminate membership at any time.
9.2. Platform can terminate membership in case of contract violation.
9.3. When membership ends, ongoing reservations are completed.
9.4. Data is kept for 6 months after membership.

Changes

Platform reserves the right to make changes to this agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Turkish Republic courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

Effective Date

This agreement comes into effect on the registration date.
